Inserting a subject line when creating an email merge

We have figured out how to do an email merge in Word using a CSV file. I don't know if we missed it or what, but we can't figure out how to insert a subject line in the email that will be sent out to all the merged addresses.

Can someone help me with this?

Thanks,

    Hello kenoli

I'm Diane, an Office Apps & Services MVP specializing in Outlook, and I’m happy to help you today.

When you click Finish and Merge > Merge to Email, a dialog opens to enter the subject and finish the merge.

If you mean, how do you merge a different subject line for each recipient, you would use a macro. (I don't have any macro samples for the mac version.)
