but Microsoft never sends the SMS code, I need the code to login to my account, because I'm using 2 step verification/authentication. Already sent email to your branch at Indonesia, but they are not helpful at all. Please help me with this issue, because the email that I'm using is really important. Thank you.

Thanks for getting back.
If you don't have any kind of option for an alternative way to receive the code, you will really need to verify your identity for your account specially that you have enabled your 2-step verification. In this case we can’t do anything to an account beyond helping customers verify their ownership.
What I can suggest is to try again to ask for the verification code and you will need to wait for it to arrive or you can try once in every 24 hours so that the system would not detect any unusual activity on your account that will result on being blocked. You might also consider checking your phone if it has a good network and able to receive upcoming messages.

You mentioned that you've already tried the troubleshooting steps stated on the article but still not receiving the code. I am suspecting that your phone number is not being recognized by the system due to outdated security information on your account. What I can suggest is to try first different option like choosing an alternate email address to receive the code. In this way you can be able to login into your account and update your security information specially your phone number.
