Outlook 365 - suggested replies - disable organisation wide?

Hi,

We've just upgraded Microsoft 365 apps to v2204 and have noticed that Suggested Replies is a new feature in Outlook. I can see how to disable this on a per user basis but is there a way to disable this organisation wide via group policy, Endpoint Manager or via the Microsoft 365 Apps Admin Centre?

Many thanks,

Olly

    Dear Olly744,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

Based on your description, it is not actually feasible to disable the Suggested Replies feature organization-wide. According to my research, the feature is just like any other UI design/feature such as notifications, language and time, autoresponders, etc. It is controlled by each user who uses Outlook Web Apps. So I think your ideas are very meaningful. If it is convenient, please kindly upload your suggestions to the outlook feedback, I believe that Microsoft's related technology development department will continue to improve its own products after seeing your valuable suggestions, and your precious suggestions will help more users in the future and improve the efficiency of work.

About how to give Feedback, please also kindly refer to: click File>choose Feedback>select Suggest a Feature>input your suggestions

Your patience and cooperation will be highly appreciated. Hope you all the best!

    Sincerely,

Kerry Chen | Microsoft Community Moderator
