    1. I kindly wanted to confirm if you already have a Microsoft Tenant or Organization?
    2. As per your query do you mean how to make a new account for a business (tenant/organization)? Meanwhile if you don't already have a Business Organization kindly refer to this link to compare the available plans . Kindly note you can also try out for free for one month and also be able to create a business work account/user: Microsoft-365-business-products.

    If you already purchased a plan and already have a tenant/organization kindly refer to this link on how to create a user account which also a work account as per your query Create new user account.
