Hello,

I am using outlook in Office 365 Enterprise. Our company had a group for global support (******@company.com)

I managed several projects and received the email from this group for multiple subjects and the email subject changes alaways.

The group use one email address but is managed by alot of people (global). They sent to my co-worker (example ******@company.com) put me in cc, I would like to make a rule whenever HPS sent to A (me in cc) so the message move to specfic A folder,

And if they sent to ******@company.com (me in cc) the email need to move to B folder.

At the moment, all the emails come and stay in "Inbox", then I need to manually move to the respective folder.

Thanks,

Hoang

Here is a screenshot of email sending

    • HPS Technical Support is a global support in all the world, email address: ***@company.com
    • Nguyen A is a person who takes care specific project A
    • A**(ENG) is a private group had 8 members included me. Email address: ***@companyprod.onmicrosoft.com

Whenever ***@company.com sent email to Nguyen A, he involved specific project A, and me in a group A360(ENG) then email always come to me.

I tested if change ***@company.com to another sender, it worked. But for specific this address it does not.
