How do you insert an inline image in an Outlook email?

I can attach an image (or other file) - but attaching an image isn't the same as seeing that image inline with the text of the email. How is this done?

    I don't have that menu. How do you make the insert option appear?

    @Ron - Are you asking what my GUI looks like? My GUI looks similar, but not exactly the same as the first picture. My version of Outlook has a thin bar with the following menu items: File, Home, Send / Receive, View, Help, Message
