27-Feb-2022 -- My Yahoo Mail subfolders are showing all empty inside the iOS Outlook app. The main INBOX folder is working fine with all emails showing, but all the subfolders, under the INBOX, that I have created and saved the emails over the years are all empty. Outlook iOS app, loaded from Apple Store on 26-Feb-2022, is the newest version. My Yahoo mail subfolders are showing all the emails in them all fine in the Yahoo Mail app on the same iPhone, as well as all fine in the Apple Mail app, but showing all empty inside the MS Outlook app. I have RESET the app several times, deleted and RELOADED, and tried all other simple steps, to no avail. Please help. Thank you. Max.

Hi Max. I can see that you have marked this response as not helpful. Did you manage to contact the in-app support for Outlook mobile?

Yes, I did that the day before. The guy just asked me to do what I had already done several times. Then he disappeared from the chat altogether. I sent another chat message today, but no reply. Nobody has even acknowledged my request for help today.

Hi MXZaidi! This is Raech. I'm an Outlook.com user like you and I'm happy to help.

Since you have already reloaded and reset the app, I would recommend contacting the in-app support for Outlook mobile so they can further investigate on the issue. This could be an emerging issue so it would be best to report it to them directly.

In your Outlook mobile settings page, select Help & feedback > Contact Support.

    Sincerely,

    Raech C.
