iOS App Signature going to bottom of page instead of by new text

Hello,

I can't seem to figure out why this is happening on my personal phone. Doesn't happen on my work phone. When I reply to a message my signature gets put to the bottom of the entire Message instead of by the reply I am writing. Using the current version of Outlook. iPhone 11 Pro 15.2.1 software. The message have been automatically loading the whole message where as my company iPhone does not. Maybe that has something to do with it?

How can I fix this?

Picture below was taken on my laptop but formated/ created in the iOS app. You can see the top section where the new reply would be but the signature (currently get outlook for iOS because I deleted and reinstalled the app) shows after the message.

Got it. This needs to be checked directly by their in-app support. Please open your Outlook mobile app and go to Settings > Help & feedback > Contact Support.

You should get a response back from support fairly quickly.

    I hope this helps.

    Hey Raech,

It is happening on all emails. Emails that have a bunch of pictures or emails with just text are all automatically loading and the signature goes under everything.

Hi Karl. Is the issue happening on whatever kind of email you're trying to reply to?

    Hey Raech,

My work iPhone is an iPhone SE but it is running the latest version of Outlook on it and the same iOS 15.2.1.

I have noticed that on my work iPhone the messages don't load all the way automatically. I still have to hit "Load Full Message" when I reply to see everything.

Hi Karl! This is Raech. I'm an Outlook.com user like you and I'm happy to help.

To clarify, do you also use Outlook on your work phone? Are they both using the same OS or app version?
