Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
Hi again, I've managed to get it to add the email accounts, but I had to do it in a slightly different way than you suggested.
Instead of going to Show Profiles, I went to Email Accounts - New - Manual Setup. For some reason that added the email accounts to my Outlook app, whereas the way you suggested to do it set up the accounts but didn't get them to show up in the Outlook app. No idea why!
But thanks so much for showing me where to look in Control Panel, since that was not a tip I had found anywhere else when searching online. Thanks again!
