It works if you switch browsers or go incognito, the problem is definitely a cookie error so clearing the cache resolves the issue, however the issue keeps coming back after a period of time so I'm unsure what the root cause is.
Outlook not loading in Google Chrome, gets stuck at the Envelope Loading Animation
We have multiple users experiencing this issue extremely consistently.
The users will attempt to check their mail at https://outlook.office.com/mail , and then be stuck at the loading animation of the envelope popping open.
Clearing the Cache of Cookies clears the issue, but inevitably it returns later on. Chrome is fully updated on machines as well.
Has anyone else run into this issue, it's seems widespread for our site.

2022-04-13T12:59:50+00:00 For temporari fix you dont need to clear all browser cache, just click on the "lock" icon on the left of the web address, select "coockies" and clear "outlook" cookies. That will fix the issue for some days and you won't loose all your browsing history and data from other sites.

2022-04-12T14:29:07+00:00 Same issue. Clear cache solves it but it will return. Incognito works also.
Using the client version of Outlook solves the issue but users like the web version. We generally encourge Chrome for all users.
