Hi there! How do you change your profile picture on the outlook app? On mobile by the way!

I remember changing it once but I’m not sure how to anymore.

    Dear A.User,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

According to your description, please kindly refer to these two documents to check the way to change a profile for outlook: Change your profile photo and Change your photo and account information in Outlook on the web

If you are using ios, please kindly refer to: Tap your account picture. Tap the settings gear at the bottom. You should see your email account. Tap Your account. In the Description field, enter your first and last name. Tap Back, then tap Back to return to the Home screen. Your avatar should now contain your initials. You might need to end the app by pressing Home twice so that all apps appear, and then flick the Outlook app up to end the app. Then reboot. What your avatar should contain is the first two letters of the first two words of the description that you entered.

Meanwhile, if you've already changed your photos on the web version of Outlook, simply clear your browser's cache and cookies to see the newly uploaded photos. On your mobile device, you need to reset your account, for this, click on the 3 rows on the top left corner> click on the gear icon> click on the email account, and then click on Reset, which will restart the app and resynchronize the email and other contents, including your photos.

Since we specialize in technical support for Microsoft 365 Business Exchange Online, which is not professional for the Outlook app, I recommend that you ask for help from our dedicated team, where technical engineers specialize in these related issues, and experts will focus on inquiries to further assist you. For reference: Get in-app help for Outlook for iOS and Android

Thanks in advance for your understanding! Your patience and cooperation will be highly appreciated. Hope you all the best!

    Sincerely,
