Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
:(
I wish it was easier than having to go to the calendar and find the meeting I just accepted. I will post the suggestion in the portal.
Thanks.

Is there a way to mark a meeting as "Private" at the point when I'm accepting the invite?
Example - My family adds their personal appointments (sports practice, Dr appts, etc) to my work calendar because I like to have it there so I don't miss anything.
The current process is to accept the meeting -> then go into the Calendar and find it -> then make it Private. (My coworkers don't need to see these things)
Sometimes I forget what the date was and have trouble finding the calendar item. It would be ideal to be able to mark them as private at the time when I'm accepting them.
