Hey there, we were able to resolve it with the help of IT support. There are still a few places our email will bounce. It really takes a professionals help. Not something the "average Joe" would be able to resolve.

Hi, I had a similar type of issue sending from Outlook. I contacted my hosting company about the issue, and they told me they updated the DKIM and SPF entries for the outgoing email address in question. After that, sending to Gmail addresses worked perfectly.

    Hello,

We had the same problem, but with different error codes. Essentially, Gmail bounced while all other received the email.

We contacted MS via Help Centre. Two previous Engineers couldn't resolve. But the third Engineer did. This is all he did.

He looked at the DKIM settings on the O365 security settings. In it, there is an "enable/disable" switch. Ours was off and we couldn't switch it to Enable. However it gave a text box.
The MS engineer got us to copy the text, and we had to visit our Domain host (Go Daddy for us). And, in their DNS Management / DNS Records settings, under Cname settings, we had to enter some new components twice.
Your support engineer will take you through this.

    Hope this helps you.

    Cheers,

Assuming you're managing an organization using Exchange Online what worked for me was to create a Connector in the Exchange Admin Center that goes O365 to Partner Org. Enter the affected domains (*.gmail.com and any G Suite domains your folks want to send messages to), select "Route email messages through these smart hosts" and give a few IPv4 Google SMTP server IPs. You can find some IPs by typing nslookup -type=mx gmail.com and then look up the IPs for some of the mail exchangers listed (for example, nslookup gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com).

This problem ended up being solved outside of our company, but this worked reliably to get messages from our org to G Suite/Gmail domains.
