How does one sign out of an organisational account in Outlook?

As I am no longer part of the Organization, I logged out of the account & (thought) I removed it from my device. However, every time I open up any of the Office programs I get a prompt with 'Autodiscover.xml' asking me if I want to sign in with the Organization mail prefilled.

With Outlook in particular, I get sent to the organization login page with no way of signing in with a different account, & since I am no longer part of the organization I cant log in to fully log out/ switch.

My personal Microsoft account is the only account (as far as I am aware & can see on "Setting > Accounts") on device & the only one logged in on the other MS Office products.

Hello Disifere, thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community. I am here to help and provide assistance with any questions or concerns you may have.

You can first review that your computer is not currently enrolled into the organization, to check this follow these steps:

Step 1: Open the Settings app on your device.

Step 2: Navigate to Accounts and select Access work or school.

Step 3: Choose the connected account you wish to remove and select Disconnect.

Step 4: Confirm that you want to remove the device by selecting Yes.
