There use to be able to right click on the email and there was an option for it in advance actions but now it's gone. Yahoo has a simple little magnifier glass when you click an email to easily find all emails from the that sender. I understand you can sort by sender but it takes more steps as it takes you to all senders and you then have to go through what could be a long list to find the one you were one.

Hello Mark, thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community. I am here to help and provide assistance with any questions or concerns you may have.

May I please know which version of Outlook are you working with?

If you are using Outlook365, the Advanced Search options are available by clicking on the down arrow in the Search Box, I have attached a screenshot of where you can find it.

Let me know if this is what you are looking for.

It appears that the method you mentioned is no longer supported. I tried to replicate it but could not find that option. However, the advanced search option can still be found in the same location as shown in the previous screenshot. Attached you will find a screenshot of the online version of Outlook showing where to find the advanced search option.

I'm using the free version of outlook.com online. You use to do it directly from an email you were in to save steps vs the search method you illustrated
