Is there possible way to get the account from 2009 back

Hi, Its Ramazan Melih Tunca. In 2009 i have create mail account with my cousin when i was kid in mersin/turkey with her toshiba computer but sadly i have forgot its password i have tried many times to find password but sadly i haven't any way to reset password the rescue mail is also random mail to just create that account it must be ******@hotmail.com something like that the mail im trying to reach is ******@hotmail.com even i have lost my facebook account just because i forgot the e mail and it got deleted as i mentioned the rescue mail must be ******@hotmail.com or something is there any possible way to reclaim that mail ? i have other mail accounts too which is ******@hotmail.com and this one ******@hotmail.com

    Hi there! This is Raech. I'm an Independent Advisor and an Outlook.com user like you. I'm sorry to hear about the issue.

    I understand you are trying to recover an old email account. If you have not signed into your Microsoft account at least once a year, the account is deemed inactive, and your emails are purged completely. The only way to log in is if you have the right password.

    There is also a Microsoft policy that if you haven't signed in for more than two years, the account will be deleted and closed permanently. To view this policy, kindly refer to the article below.

    Unfortunately, support is unable to assist with any account or login-related issues, so the automated recovery system is the only option and if that fails, there really is no other solution.
