My Outlook 2010 will not send. It resides on my PC running Windows 10. It shows no connectivity to your server. It shows the last sync date of 06-22-2022. I can receive and send online and on my phone without a problem. The repair feature shows all is well. The error message reads...

    Hello Rick

    Outlook 2010 and older can no longer connect to Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 business accounts using Exchange services because they dont support modern authentication. You can use them to connect using POP or IMAP only, but calendar and contacts won't sync.

    It looks like you only have one account - you could use eM client (it's free for one or two accounts). It will sync outlook.com calendar & contacts - and iCloud calendar and contacts.
