cannot find ics calendar link for outlook calendar to sync it with google calendar

All of the tutorials I've found to sync your Outlook calendar to Google Calendar have instructions to go to settings and copy a URL for your calendar's ics. But I have searched all over the settings and the "Share" section on the Home ribbon, and I cannot find the URL.

Does anyone know where to find it, or do you know of another way to sync my Outlook Calendar into my Google one?

NOTE: The original poster of the question received a clear reply -- except the reply gave the answer to how to access a google calendar via Outlook (or another program), INSTEAD of the actual question, which is how to sync an outlook calendar *into* a google one. Thanks very much for your help!

    Dear Nico,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

Based on your description, I understand that you have a concern with “cannot find ics calendar link for outlook calendar to sync it with google calendar”. We are looking into the issue, and before we proceed, we need more detailed information about the situation you are experiencing.

Please help us in isolating the issue by providing the following information:

    1. Which office 365 subscription are you using?
    2. What version of Outlook are you using?
    3. Have you tried the steps in Outlook on the web?

In the meantime, in outlook on the web Outlook (office.com) > Click on Settings > View all Outlook settings > Open Calendar > Shared Calendars >In the “Publish a calendar” section, choose the calendar you want to share (if you’ve only got one Calendar set up it will just be called “Calendar”), select “Can view all details” in the second dropdown, and click “Publish.” This will create two links: an HTML link and an ICS link. The HTML link allows people to view your calendar in a browser and the ICS link will enable people to import your calendar into their calendar program.

We look forward to hearing from you, please let me know and provide a more detailed description so we can provide you with more specific assistance. Thank you for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,

De Paul | Microsoft Community Moderator

Actually, my problem starts even before I get to Google. I cannot get my Outlook.com calendar to sync with my Outlook client/desktop calendar. I just tried the ICS address method and nothing happened.

In the meantime, in outlook on the web Outlook (office.com) > Click on Settings > View all Outlook settings > Open Calendar > Shared Calendars >In the “Publish a calendar” section, till here it's working.

choose the calendar you want to share (if you’ve only got one Calendar set up it will just be called “Calendar”), select “Can view all details” in the second dropdown, and click “Publish.” This will create two links: an HTML link and an ICS link. I can choose my calender, but there are no choises.

    HI,

I am trying to do the same process. I followed your instructions and got the URL of the ICS address. I imported it to the online Google calendar. Nothing came through.
