Same issue here.
Used the solution to restart the macOs Calendar Agent and that seems to trigger the sync again.
launchctl stop com.apple.CalendarAgent
launchctl start com.apple.CalendarAgent

I have been having issues with syncing events between my Outlook calendar on Mac and my Apple calendar application (on my MacBook Pro) for the last couple of months. Before then, the syncing worked like a charm.
I've had many calls with the Apple support team and they got it working every single time but it stops syncing again after a few hours or at most a day.
Do you have any tips on what I may need to do to resolve this issue from the Outlook side of things?
An interesting fact is that my iPhone and my Outlook calendars are syncing perfectly fine. It's just the connection between my MacBook Pro and Outlook that doesn't work
I would so very much appreciate your insights and guidance.

2022-06-06T12:41:06+00:00 We have the same problem for a user, which continuously has syncing problems. we have to fully remove and re-add the calendar to get it working but after a few days, it stops syncing again.

2022-08-11T17:49:08+00:00 I'm having the same issue across two Macs - both running OS X 12.5 (up-to-date), for weeks, Apple Calendar, my iPhone (iOS) and Outlook are not syncing. Multiple calendar events only show on a single device, but not across all, and Outlook doesn't even show the complete collection of all events. I've tried literally everything - logging out, deleting and re-adding account, but issue persists.

If I restart the computer it temporarily syncs, but as soon as changes are issued or new events are added other via Outlook or Calendar apps the calednars do not sync anymore on the Macbook pro. MacOS is up-to-date as it Outook. The legacy switch does nothing.
