Hello,
I have three gmail accounts synced to O365. Emails send, receive etc. fine but the issue is when I try to and search through the mailboxes. It always lists "no results".
This is not a problem for the one other email account that we have synced which is a hotmail one, which got me wondering if there are compatibility issues.
Does anybody know how to solve this?
Thanks,
Jamie

Hi Brian,
It was indexing when I received your message.
I have waited now and there is nothing indexing. However it still will not search.
I welcome any other thoughts.
Hi Jamie,
What is the indexing status? Go to Search field, Search Tools, Indexing Status. From same menu, you can also select Search Options, confirm All mailboxes in Include results then select Indexing Options. From here you have a few options. I would select Advanced and "Troubleshoot search and indexing" select your issue and see if it auto detects issue and fixes. You will also see an option to "Rebuild" which deletes current index and rebuilds.
Thanks,
Brian
Hello Brian,
Thank you for your response.
I checked these settings and they were all ticked. I also took one account and removed from Outlook before re-adding, both to no avail.
I don't suppose you have any other ideas?
Thanks,
Jamie
Hi Jamie,
Hello, I’m Brian, and I’m happy to help you today.
I tested this successfully by adding gmail, creating .OST from the IMAP connection and was able to search for keywords, sender in those emails. Try this please. Go to your search field, type Search, go to Actions > Search Tools > Locations to Search and make sure all accounts are checked.
Thanks,
Brian
