I keep getting that my Microsoft outlook inbox is too full. I cannot find on the website where you can go to increase your storage limits. I understand this might cost something but I can't even find where you can upgrade this. Where do you go to upgrade your mailbox and increase storage?

If mailbox account is Microsoft 365 Business / Enterprise exchange online mailbox account, generally we have this official document: Exchange Online limits - Service Descriptions | Microsoft Learn
Furthermore, if your subscription is from above provided screenshot information, to manage space on your Office 365 mailbox account, as Office 365 global admin may need to enable Archive mailbox for you via using admin center. Mailbox archiving in Microsoft Purview is sometimes also called In-Place Archiving and provides users with extra mailbox storage space. After Office 365 global admin turn on archive mailboxes, a user's current mailbox becomes their primary mailbox and an additional mailbox is created, called the archive mailbox.
Users can access and store messages in their archive mailboxes by using Outlook and Outlook on the web. Users can also move or copy messages between their primary mailbox and their archive mailbox. Note: if your subscription is from syndicate partner or any reseller partner, you may need to contact them to double check certain settings options from their side, because syndicate partner is managing admin center from their side, so certain place might be different to enable settings options.
If you have any different kind of mailbox account, you may need to provide brief information about it to understand particular scenario.
