Where do my deleted emails go after they've been deleted from a Category?

Hi there, within my INBOX, I create CATEGORIES to sort out my emails as they come in. But, when I delete an email, I can't find where it's gone if I need it again. Can someone help?

    May I ask if you have checked your deleted email folder on outlook? Items in your deleted items folder are recoverable within the period of 30days, if you do not see the deleted email you want to recover they have probably been permanently deleted from the deleted items folder.

    Also, just like when you deleted an item, items deleted by a policy are moved to the Recoverable Items folder. So if you can't find something in your Deleted Items folder, look for it in the Recoverable Items folder.

    If you delete a mail, it's gone, unless it's in the deleted folder
