    Hello Vitor_Torres,

Good day to you and thanks for your post in Microsoft community.

This is new interface of Outlook update which moved the Outlook icons to the left side, you can check with the below steps to move this icon to down side.

    • Close Outlook,
    • Open the reg editor: (In the search box on the taskbar, type regedit, then select Registry Editor (Desktop app) from the results).
    • In the registry editor, navigate to the following registry key. (Note: Registry changes impact on Outlook’s function, so if you have query for registry changes, kindly contact your IT team to avoid any issue)
    1. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\ExperimentEcs\Overrides
    2. Locate the “Microsoft.Office.Outlook.Hub.HubBar” string value and set it to “false“. If there isn’t a “Microsoft.Office.Outlook.Hub.HubBar” string value in this registry key, create a new string value in this location called “Microsoft.Office.Outlook.Hub.HubBar” and set it to “false“.
    • Now open Outlook again and you should be able to enjoy your Navigation buttons back at the bottom of the screen again'

If these steps did not restore it, I believe there is currently no way to move it back since this is the new UI that was rolled out and there is currently no setting to change it. We do understand your requirement about this changes and recommend to kindly give your valuable votes on Navigation bar chnge · Community (microsoft.com) on our Outlook feedback portal site. At this point, your kind cooperation will be highly appreciated.

Thank you so much for your precious time. Stay safe and healthy.

    Sincerely,

Ankita Vaidya | Microsoft Community Moderator
