    Dear Lee Gustainus,

    Good day!

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

Outlook for Mac stores emails and other mailbox items as an SQLite database. It also provides a native method to archive the data in an OLM file.

    1. Outlook2011 for Mac: /Users/username>/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office
      2011 Identities/Main Identity
    2. Outlook 2016 for Mac: /Users/<username>/Library/Group
      Containers/UBF8T346G9.0ffice/Outlook/Outlook 15 Profiles/Main Profile
    3. Outlook 2019 for Mac: /Users/<username>/Library/Group
      Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office/Outlook/Outlook 15 Profiles/Main Profile
    4. Outlook 365 for Mac: /Users/UserName /Library/Group
      Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office/Outlook/Outlook 15 Profiles

To view these locations, you will need to unhide the Library folder:

    1. On Mac. run Finder and go to Home
    2. Choose View and click on ShowViewOptions.
    3. Make sure to select the Show Library folder
    4. Close View Options.

Thanks in advance for your understanding! Your patience and cooperation will be highly appreciated. Hope you all the best!

    Sincerely,
