I would like to take all the emails from one folder in Outlook and convert them to PDF and save them to my desktop. I follow the steps of selecting and then FILE, PRINT, SAVE TO PDF however, All I get is a PDF with an image of my folder and all the emails in it. Not the actual emails turned into a PDF. I do not want to have to go through EACH one and create a PDF-I want to do it all in a folder. Please. help. I am on a MAC.

    Dear Janey Reilly,

    Good day!

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist. Based on your description, I understand that you have a query " How do I save all emails in one folder to PDF to my desktop". May I confirm with you,  is your need to achieve bulk select emails or select all emails in the Outlook folder of Mac and convert them to PDF to save on desktop? If I misunderstood something, please forgive me and correct. After research and testing, I found that you can manually convert Outlook emails to PDF on Mac (Log in to your Outlook.com account on your system, open the email you want to save as PDF file, click the "More" icon on the top bar, select the "Print" option, select Save as PDF and click the Save button, the file will be saved in the selected folder of your choice (desktop folder)). But this operation has limitationsthere is no way to convert multiple Outlook emails to PDF at once, you have to repeat the same process again and again, which may not fit your needs well, but I have seen that if you want to batch export Outlook emails to PDF on Mac, there are third-party tools to backup your Outlook.com emails to local storage, convert to PDF file format. You can do some searching, but **because it's not Microsoft's official, you need to be wary of potential risks in materials and third-party software.**In the meantime, I would like to recommend contacting the support staff in Outlook for Mac, they are a professional support team for Mac with rich experience and only deal with Outlook for Mac related issues. You can raise a ticket and our support staff will be happy to assist you further.please refer to: Contact support within Outlook for Mac - Microsoft Support Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
