Can't edit groups in outlook.com

Hello,

I am owner of a group i set up in my hotmail/outlook.com e-mail and i was able to edit group name and photo before but now when i oped group edit a blank screen opens as screen shot shown. I tried logging in throug outlook.com, through outlook PWA, on the web to my outlook/hotmail account and all methoods tried on 3 different computers, all with the same result. Not able to edit my groups. I tried setting up a different group, deleating san existing group, changed group owner and still the same results. Could you please help me resolve this problem? tried turning off pop-up blockers in EDGE and through Firefox and still no results. It worked fine before....

    Hi Martin

    Then I would suggest you please try these instruction:

    To edit a group or review information about a group:

    Select Settings. > Options > Groups > Distribution groups I own.

    In the dialog box, select the group you want to edit.

    Select Edit.

    Make the changes you want.

    Select Save to save your changes, or Cancel to leave without saving.

    Hello Saliha,

    Thank you for your reply and suggestion. I believe that i may have found a work around to the problem of edit group in outlook.com. I oppened my hotmail/outlook account through the old internet explorer on a computer running windows 10 and norton 360 and i was able to access the edit group window and all functions were available. So then i tried it on my other computer running windows 7 but it didn't work. everytime i went to access outlook.com through the internet explorer browser it kept redirecting me through the edge browser where again, the edit group window was left blank and no functions were accessable. the problem lies within microsoft edge and firefox as those are the only two browsers i use. The problem might also lie with norton security as i use norton 360 on both devices but i tuned off all extensions and dissabled all firewalls, protection etc. and still it did not work. Short of removing my antivirus program or microsoft edge and going back to using the outdated internet explorer browser, it would be quite dissapointing that microsoft would ask this of us just to edit groups on our outlook.com accounts. I was wondering if microsoft is aware of this problem and working on an update or solution to have hotmail/oulook.com e-mail accounts work properly on thier edge browser and with all antivirus programs?
