How do I retrieve the detailed results of a poll created on Microsoft Outlook?

I created a poll on Microsoft Outlook, which appeared in the email in the form of a link.

When the link is opened, it sets out the poll. and requires the respondent to put in their email address to vote. There is also the option to click on "view results" without voting.

The link also states: This content is created by the owner of the form. The data you submit will be sent to the form owner. Microsoft is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of its customers, including those of this form owner. Never give out your password.

There is only the option to vote or view results. Nothing else to click.

When I click on "view results", it shows the responses but I am unable to identify who voted for which option. Is there a way to retrieve the detailed results or when will the data submitted to sent to me, as the form owner? What if not all recipients of the email vote?
