I have outlook app on my laptop and on my iPad. I have no outbox folder on either of these and no sent items folder on my laptop. I sent a group email which the recipients have received several times over and I need to access the outbox to cancel it. It isn’t appearing in my sent items so I suspect it is stuck in some sort of loop. Please help!

Hi, I hope you are well.

The location of the Sent Items and Outbox folders may vary depending on the version of Outlook and the configuration of your email account. However, in general:

The Sent Items folder should be located in your email account's mailbox, under the "Sent Items" or "Sent" folder.

The Outbox folder is a temporary storage location for messages that are being sent, and it should be located in your email account's mailbox as well.

To access these folders, open Outlook and select your email account. Then, look for the folders named "Sent Items" or "Sent" and "Outbox" in the folder list. If you can't find them, try right-clicking on your email account and selecting "IMAP Folders" or "Folders" to see if they are hidden or located elsewhere.

If you still can't locate the folders, it's possible that they have been accidentally deleted or that your email account is not properly configured. In that case, you may need to contact your email service provider or IT support for assistance.
