Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management

- May I please confirm if Outlook for windows app default browser is Edge browser?
- May I please confirm if you have got any error message? if yes, could you please provide us with the screenshot of the error message?
- May I please confirm if your Outlook and browser is latest updated? if not, please kindly update if there is any pending update and check if there is any difference.
- May I please confirm if you enable Internet Explorer compatibility in Microsoft Edge? if not, please kindly follow the steps below and enable the compatibility and check if there is any difference.
- Open your Microsoft Edge browser --> select the three dots (…) menu in the top right corner or press ALT+F.
- From the Menu that opens, select: Settings.
- On the Settings page, select the “Default browser” section.
- Set the option “Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode” to: Allow.
- Microsoft Edge will prompt you to restart the browser. Then restart your Microsoft Edge browser and check if there is any difference. you can refer to the screenshot below.
