- I would like to know when did this problem appear? Did you make any changes to your mobile system or Outlook application before this problem occurred?
- Could you tell me the version of Outlook you are using?
- I would like to know if there is any error message when you cannot access your email account or add an email account? If so, can you provide the error message to us?
