    Based on the section Outlook/Outlook for mobile/For home where you posted your question, may I assume that you are experiencing this issue while using the Outlook app in your phone?

    Could you share more information about your current problem so that we can better help you?

    • I would like to know when did this problem appear? Did you make any changes to your mobile system or Outlook application before this problem occurred?
    • Could you tell me the version of Outlook you are using?
    • I would like to know if there is any error message when you cannot access your email account or add an email account? If so, can you provide the error message to us?
