Dear Heras Kreos,
Thanks for choosing Microsoft Community.
Based on your description, do you mean that you want to add multiple signatures for one account, and then you can choose which to use when sending email or reply email? If so, to better hep you, I did a test for you in outlook.
Here are the detailed steps: Click New Email>Find Signature>Then choose the email account you want to set for(if you have more than one account)>Then click New and create the first one( Type the name and the content and click OK)>Then click New to add a second one>.......>And then you can choose which one to use when you send email by clicking Signature.
If there is any update or I misunderstand you, please feel free to let me know. I will continue to help you based on the information you provide. Your understanding and co-operation are highly appreciated.
Thanks for your precious time. Have a nice day.
Sincerely,
Katherine
I'm experiencing the same issue. I noticed a handful of changes in Outlook this week and this is one of them. Incredibly inconvenient and it defies all logic that Microsoft would remove the ability to create multiple signatures. Stop making Outlook a "consumer" grade app.
I do not seem to have "new signature" when i look at my outlook. I do have a signature already set up. loooking to add 2 more
Can I add multiple signautres into the 'new outlook' as I could in the older version, I email customers from various companies
