    Dear KK1215,

Good day! Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. We’re happy to help you.

1.To block other people inviting you to a meeting, please use Outlook inbox rule:

    1. Open Outlook.com, navigate to setting
    2. Select View all Outlook settings.
    3. Under Mail, click Rules.
    4. Click Add Rules.
    5. Under Add a condition, select From/Sender address includesand type in the email address. You may also use a different condition that is more appropriate. Also, you may set exception.
    6. Under Add an action, select Delete.

2.To avoid double or many times booking your calendar, there is no option to block overlapping events in Outlook setting currently. if you are using a business account, please let your Exchange Admin to run commands below. Usually it is for Room Mailbox, I do not recommend to use it for a user mailbox because it may reject some important meeting which is a double/triple booking.

    Set-CalendarProcessing <Name of Mailbox> -AllowConflicts $false

We will do more research to find a better way to achieve your requirement. Thanks so much for your time and patience.

    Have a nice day

    Sincerely,
