Outlook Email Accounts Not Showing on Galaxy Watch 5
Recently got a Galaxy Watch 5. It's paired with my Galaxy S21 Ultra phone. I've had Outlook on the phone for a while now with two email accounts on it (a work Exchange account and a Gmail account).
When I open Outlook on the watch, it instructs me to "add an account on Mobile to use the app." Both apps are functioning perfectly on the phone, so I'm not sure what else needs to be done here. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app on the watch, but I'm hesitant to do that on the phone, since getting the work account to work perfectly on the phone can be complicated at times.
Would like this to work on the watch mostly for calendar alerts, which are not coming through right now. Appreciate any insights.
Thanks!

2022-11-28T18:09:17+00:00 Update - I went to the Play Store and updated the Outlook app on the phone. Nothing happened at first, but several minutes later it started syncing both accounts to the watch. All good now. Thanks!

2022-11-28T17:16:30+00:00 For this piece - are you referring to Android settings or settings within the Outlook app on the phone?
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Accounts & Sync and select your account.
- In the Data and Synchronization page, please make sure every setting is checked.
I'm not seeing "Accounts & Sync" on the phone. There's an "Accounts and backup" option and I can then click on "Manage accounts" If I go to the work account on Outlook and choose sync, both Calendar and Contacts are already selected (there oddly is no option for emails, but they come through on the phone just fine). Are these the settings you are referring to?

2022-12-26T17:47:53+00:00 I was glad to find this thread, although none of the steps above helped resolve my issue.
I did however figure it out. I went to the outlook mobile app settings on my phone and went into each of the three email accounts I have attached and initiated a "reset". the verbiage in the app indicated if having sync issues to "reset". I initiated for each of the accounts and it restarted the mobile phone app each time and then voila, emails were on my phone.
Hope this helps.
Merry Christmas!!!

2022-12-28T22:20:44+00:00 I have a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G phone with Outlook and just purchased a Galaxy Watch5 Pro.
Outlook will not sync with the watch and continues to say "add an account to to your mobile." What is that?
I have tried downloading an Outlook App from Google Play, but see no change and no email.
Can you help?
Have tried your "settings" but no change.
Thanks.
