FindTime Outlook Add-in

When clicking New Meeting Poll for FindTime it opens a blank white screen saying 2023 Microsoft. Sometimes it will open a dashboard that only lists any active polls, which there are none, and not a way to create one. Another time it took me to a help page and I got an error stating "This UserVoice instance is no longer available." I have tried uninstalling FindTime, restarting outlook, reinstalling FindTime through the add-in store on outlook.

I did try from https://outlook.office.com and the FindTime poll does seem to still be working when accessing via that method, but I went back to the Outlook app and tried again and got the same error message that I previously posted.

    De Paul,

This is the error message we are getting when trying to access the FindTime add-in from the Outlook 365 application.

    FindTime

    ADD-IN ERROR

Sorry, we can't load the add-in. Please make sure you

have network and/or Internet connectivity. Click "Retry"

    once you're back online.

    Retry

Network and Internet connectivity are both working. Any suggestions?

    Thanks,

    Randall

I had another user report that same message as well Randall. It's getting very frustrating with it intermittently working suddenly.

    Dear Ashton L.;

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

Based on your description, I understand that you have a concern with "FindTime Outlook Add-in".

After thorough research and consulting, there may be an issue with Find Time in the backend, could you please provide the detailed error message for further investigation, when did the issue start? Have you tried in outlook on the web to check if it works there?

Moreover, sometimes the FindTime add-in may have some temporal issues and signing in again may fix it. So please wait for some time and try again and check whether the issue persists. Also try the troubleshooting steps shared in the official article Troubleshooting FindTime errors - Microsoft Support.

Note: FindTime is currently available only on Microsoft 365 Apps for Business or Enterprise accounts that include Exchange Online. FindTime is now unavailable to GCC tenants Install FindTime - Microsoft Support.

I will keep investigating to see whether there is any useful information to help on the issue.

I hope the above information will be helpful. Please feel free to let me know if there are any updates or if I've got you wrong. I will keep assisting you based on the information you provide. We sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation. Thanks for your precious time!

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

    Sincerely,

De Paul | Microsoft Community Moderator
