Based on your description, I understand that you have an issue where the Webex plugin keeps crashing your Outlook.
Can you kindly try to repair the Webex productivity suite and check if this will make any difference?
In the meantime, since you already narrowed down the issue to the plugin in the event viewer, you can as well try to get in touch with Webex support and check if they could assist further.
