Where is Folder View?

Hi

Since the recent update of Outlook 365 which placed the navigation bar on the left-hand side rather than at the bottom of the folders, I can see my folders and eMail, but previously, I could see my folders and subfolders including contact folders.

I've searched everywhere but cannot see an option for the folder list to show the folders with contact folder sub folders.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance - David

    Dave,

I'm a little late, but I had the same issue. Found clicking CTRL+6 returns the Contacts and Sync Issues back into the view.

Dear David, The Folder Pane displays all folders in Outlook. If the Folder Pane is minimized, you won’t be able to see your folders. There are two ways you can view the Folder Pane.

    * Expand the Folder Pane by clicking the > on the left side of the screen.
    * Click View > Folder Pane > Normal.

Thank you so much for taking your time to reply Janbaz. I've tried the above already but with no success. Below is an image of the folders expanded. Usually under these folders ie the subfolders include a contacts folder specific to that organisation. It's the contacts folder that doesn't show. All mail subfolders show. Any further suggestions will be gratefuly received.

    Thanks again Janbaz.

Re your first suggestion - this is exactly what I used to use prior to the automatic upgrade. Now the navigation bar is on the left, there doesn't seem to be an option for folders like there used to be and I cannot find how to create it.

It's frustrating as I constantly use the contacts associated with folders ie where the contacts folder is the sub folder of the mail folder.

Sorry to be a pain, but any other suggestions to recreate what used to work perfectly? - David
