Hi Michael
I'm AnnaThomas and I'd be happy to help you with your question. In this Forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself.
The easiest way to transfer your Outlook folders from your old computer to your new one is by using the export/import feature in Outlook. Here's how:
On your old computer, open Outlook and go to File > Export. Choose "Microsoft Exchange" as the file format and select "Include Subfolders" if desired. Save the exported file to a removable storage device (e.g., USB drive) On your new computer, open Outlook and go to File > Import Choose "Microsoft Exchange" as the file format and select the file you exported from your old computer. Follow the prompts to complete the import process. Alternatively, if you have access to both computers, you can use a network connection to transfer the Outlook data file. This file is typically stored in the following location:
Windows: "C:\Users<username>\Documents\Outlook Files"
Once you have located the file, you can transfer it to your new computer via a network share or a removable storage device.

I hope this helps ;-), let me know if this is contrary to what you need, I would still be helpful to answer more of your questions.
Best Regards,
AnnaThomas
