How do I create a professional-looking email signature?

I've tried the signature template provided by Outlook, but none of the formats accommodate all of the information I need in my signature. I've gotten to the point where the signature I created looks fine on MY desktop, but gets distorted on mobile views or other desktops.

Outlook | Outlook for mobile | Outlook for iOS | For home

The old adage, less is more really applies for an email signature.

You can build a signature in Word and copy-n-paste it into Outlook but the more complex you build the signature the less likely it'll look good in Outlook.

At my organization we hand build an HTML page, open it in a browser, then copy-n-paste that into Outlook for a signature.

Maybe a logo, the main phone number, and a very small disclaimer might be good enough?

Just had a thought, if you have a long list of disclaimers, can that list be on a web page somewhere, and then just a link from the signature to the disclaimer page.

What my work has (and I think it is too much), logo, name, phone number, email address, links to main web site, links to various social media sites.

    Anyway all the best!

I'm starting to think less is more is the approach, as well. I'm about to throw in the towel. We have three offices and a list of disclaimers, being a law firm, but it just gets too wonky. Thanks for your response!
