Let's try a few troubleshooting steps. First, let's do a quick reset in the app and see if it helps.
- Open the Outlook app.
- Access the Menu by tapping on your Profile and tap on Settings ⚙️.
- Select the affected email account.
- Tap Reset Account.
If the problem persists, we can remove and re-add the account as well.
- Open the Outlook app.
- Access the Menu by tapping on your Profile and tap on Settings ⚙️.
- Select your email account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Then re-add the account.
