Are you trying to login to ******@hotmail.com and access your emails?
You may do so by going to https://outlook.live.com
It seems you have a recovery email/alternate email - re*****@gmail.com where a code will be sent when you try to login. This is probably because Microsoft thinks your account is compromised.
If you are not sure whose email is re*****@gmail.com is or no longer have access to this recovery email, i would suggest trying "other ways to sign in" which can be using the last password you remember or any other methods you see in the forgot password journey.
