Problem with context menu command "Send to Outlook", since upgrading to Office 2021

In Outlook 2019, when I right clicked on a file, it would bring up a blank e mail with item attached. However, now I see attached.

If I open RUN command and insert that file path it opens Outlook ok.

I recall the previous iteration had a switch at end of command "/a". That doesn't work either.

Outlook is the default e mail handler. Suggestions valued :)

Thank you for this information! Have you tried to reinstall the application?

    Search box functionality sorted :)

Outlook is listed under "E mail" :)

When I right click a docx for 'E mail' function, I see this.

Odd as Outlook is already the default mail application.

Will try; just realised my Search box on taskbar won't allow me to input text. Must sort that first :)

By the way, please also follow these steps first to set your Outlook app as default program.

In Windows, select Start and type Default apps.

Select Default apps from the suggestions.

Under Email, if Outlook is not listed, select the app that is listed to be presented with a list of email apps installed on your computer, then select Outlook.
