I have an iPhone 13. My gmail account is fine but my Outlook work email has the unread filter on. I uncheck it repeatedly and it keeps on going back to unread. I never checked this. I've restarted my phone and no luck. My OS is up to date. I can't read any of my work mail on my phone. Any ideas?

I don't know if I'm using the mobile app. It says the word Exchange in the Accounts screen on my phone. Does that help?

To clarify, are you using the Outlook mobile app to access your account?
May I ask what version is it currently on?
Please try removing and re-adding the account from the app and let me know if that helps with the issue.
