Every time I see it is from me I'm going to get confused.
Ralph is actually me but when I tried to send the email from "his" address I get a "Mailer Daemon" message. This happened twice so I sent it from Hotmail and moved it from my sent folder to the inbox. This gave me two copies, which is my standard practice. Please don't tell me about using Word or anything else. This is my pattern and when I need to look up the information I know where it is. It was a mistake to go two weeks without sending a Ralph email.

Check the IP address on those that arrive safely. They may have come from different IPs that aren't blacklisted.
Most emails from Ralph go through.
I know people will recommend things like Microsoft Word or whatever to do this, but email means not having to carrying around a flash drive or anything. I don't want to have a printer at home because then I am responsible for everything. And very specific conditions are required for the printout to display correctly. I tried software of some sort and didn't get the results I wanted. This has been working for me for 20 years. Except when there were software changes by email providers or the email providers started expecting payment, in which case both us found new addresses.
GMX is special in that it allowed Ralph to keep all has old emails from the service he was required to either cancel or pay for.
I'm surprised that a long message produced that error, but I certainly am glad you discovered how to deal with it.
I've been reading this thread many times. It is very confusing so I'm not going to try to understand the entire scenario.
