How can I see a list of all dates in a meeting occurrence without having to manually scroll through?

I am looking for an easy way to find a list of all dates in a scheduled recurring meeting without having to look through the calendar manually to see where the occurrences have fallen. Is this something that Microsoft does?

I do a lot of diary management and setting up meeting so this is a really time consuming task for me at the moment.
