I understand that you have an issue in regard to the server setting of your Outlook account. Let’s work together in finding the best resolution to this issue.
For me to better understand the issue, I’d like to ask a few questions:
- Are you using the Outlook app or Outlook.com?
- What is the domain of your account? Gmail.com, Hotmail.com or Outlook.com
- What is the email configuration of your account? POP or IMAP?
The error message “Cannot Verify Server Identity” can occur when your device is unable to verify the identity of the server you are trying to connect to. This error can be caused by several reasons, including incorrect date and time settings on your device, outdated software, or incorrect server settings.
To fix this issue, you can try the following solutions:
- Check your device’s date and time settings and make sure they are correct.
- Update your device’s software to the latest version.
- Reset your network settings by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
- Remove and re-add your email account on your device.
