I want those checkboxes in front of each mail to just be there all the time like it was before (about 1 month ago it disapeared). I know I can click ctrl and click on mails to mark them but why should I need to use two hands when it was so much better before when the boxes always was there? So I want them back, what whould I do? It is the normal Hotmail inbox I am using.

I have no clue. My other email accounts are actually new. Lol. About 6 months old. I opened a business and have 2 emails for my office. Both are like the old way. But my main account I’ve had for 30 years. And that’s the one that is messed up.
Mine have disappeared since yesterday. Have to click on the Select icon each time. It's so frustrating!
I'm fairly sure they don't give a **** what users want. Why else would they keep making these 'upgrades' that degrade the user experience?
And I haven't heard of any way to get hold of an actual person in a long while.
It sucks.
Here under you can see first how it should be. The last screen print shows how it now automaticaly is if I not first press ctrl and click on one mail. Before it was like in the first photo all the time in all different maps (like inbox, draft, bin, removed mails and so on).
No, mine are square and they not appears by hovering. Bevor, like one months or so ago they always was there and then suddenly they are gone. I can get them back by pressing ctrl and then click on one messages. Then they all get back in front of every messages but as soon as I leave the inbox and then come back again I have to do this procedure again....the same thing in the junk/spambox. Very annoying! They should just be there all the time.
