What happens if you use command + V to paste? (That works here.)

It looks like it is a bug in the Microsoft editor - you can use command + V to paste or turn off the editor.

Click on the 3 dots at the end of the ribbon - near the bottom is Editor > Editor settings. Turn off spelling and grammar to bring back the browser's right click options.

I'll let my contacts in support know.

    Thanks for your reply Diane.

Yes, I'm using Outlook on the web in Safari. However I am using a current version of Safari. The To and cc buttons work fine. The problem is when I attempt a cut and paste operation in the main body of an email message.

I right click to bring up the options bar - font, font size, bold etc.. with the drop down menu; Emoji, Copy, Cut, Paste, Paste as plain text.

When I click on Paste to paste a piece of text I have cut from another document etc. a long blue vertical line appears across the page.?

Hi, I'm Diane and will be happy to help you today.

Are you using Outlook on the web in Safari?

I know the To / CC buttons and fields don't work in the older versions of Safari - you need to open the compose mail form in a new window. Try that and see if you can paste.
