Find out what email accounts are associated with my email account

Hello. I need to fins out the name of an alternate email that i registered a while ago and that i associated with my main email. I cant remember it and i've tried all things described in similar questions. I need to find out the names of all email accounts that are associated with my email account. Please help

    Thanks but i cant see it that way. I need to see the email adresses with which i have chosen my current email adress to be the alternate email adress incase something were to happen. I know my current email adress but i need to find out the associated ones somehow. I've pressed "forgotten account" and tried that way. I can then see what associated emails there are, but its in this format: Da**************@hotmail.com or similar.
