How can I make an email in my Hotmail inbox look like it is from Ralph?

Every time I see it is from me I'm going to get confused.

Ralph is actually me but when I tried to send the email from "his" address I get a "Mailer Daemon" message. This happened twice so I sent it from Hotmail and moved it from my sent folder to the inbox. This gave me two copies, which is my standard practice. Please don't tell me about using Word or anything else. This is my pattern and when I need to look up the information I know where it is. It was a mistake to go two weeks without sending a Ralph email.

Since the problem happens with long emails, Ralph sent the email in two parts and both parts arrived successfully. Now I will know exactly what it is.

That resolves the real problem, but of course I'm sure if someone wants to move an email from "Sent" to "Inbox" they'll still have this problem, regardless of which folder it goes in. Sometimes I do a search for a message I sent my cousin and have trouble figuring out which one it was because it just has my name on it.

That report indicated that the IP address of the GMX service you're using (82.165.159.12) is on the Spamhaus spam blocklist. To get that corrected you need to visit the URL in the report to request removal from the blocklist.

That IP address is on several black lists.

I probably do have what I was looking for. Here is the edited Mailer-Daemon message. Whether it is considered spam or not, Ralph sends me these very long emails with important information. Maybe they shouldn't be as long, but they get sent when they get sent.

It's totally up to you. If you have the information you seek, I don't see a need. If you want to know what the non-delivery report gives as an error, then if I can't see it, I can't tell you what it means. The error that generated the non-delivery report is in the report. You can read it and decide if you understand it.

Well, it was worth a try. I don't see any point in posting the Mailer-Daemon report because only the destination email address was Microsoft-related, Do you agree?
