how to add roadrunner email to outlook?

can anyone tell me the outgoing and in coming settings for roadrunner email set up into outlook? ( @nycap.rr.com) is what my email ends in.

    *** if these settings don't work for you, you will need to contact your provider for the correct email settings or check the website associated with our specific account. Also as a FYI, to configure the account using IMAP, you should only need to enter the email address / password for the account if everything is configured correctly on the server.
